By shopping at Lynne Jenkinson – Stockley online you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, which should be reviewed periodically as we reserve the right to make changes to this list without notice.
— Ordering Goods
Any orders placed vis this website are deemed an offer by you to purchase a particular good or service, for the price specified by Lynne Jenkinson – Stockley (including postage and other charges). We reserve the right to reject your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, unavailibilty of stock, error in price or description of product on this website, error in your order or failure to settle payment. Orders can only be made by those able to legally engage in a contract.
— Order Notification
Upon receiving your order you will be sent a “Notification of Order Receipt” via email. This document will list the items ordered, shipping cost and your shipping details. This email is a notification that we have received your order, NOT that it has been accepted or processed.
— GST
All prices listed are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive. Orders placed within Australia or for delivery within Australia are subject to GST
— Delivery
Best efforts will be made to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, if you require your goods urgently, please let us know and we will attempt to fast track your order, otherwise please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be filled and sent. If for any reason your we are unable to fill your order within this time you will be notified by email.
— International Delivery
Lynne Jenkinson – Stockley utilises a flat rate international delivery fee ($20AUD, Registered Post). Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. Any taxes or import charges levied by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
— Returns
Returns of goods in their original condition are accepted within 15 days of receipt. Goods must be sent via registered post and customers will not be reimbursed for any postage costs.
