— What forms of payment do you accept?
Using the online store you can purchase using the following Credit Cards - Mastercard, Visa, American Express, If you fax me your order I will accept Money Orders and Direct Transfers. Please contact me directly for details.

— What is the delivery cost and estimated time?
For Australian customers, postage is $10 and takes 2-6 days via registered post , For international customers postage is $20 and delivery takes 4-10 business days. Please use an address where you will be able to sign upon receipt. Orders are shipped within 5 business days of payment.

— What is your return policy?
If your purchase is not exactly what you expected return to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt, see terms and conditions.

— How can you help if I am buying a gift?
Jewellery makes a great gift for any occasion and we are more than happy to assist. Please do not hesitate to contact us for gift advice from our designer/gemmologist using the “contact us” form. Your gift boxed purchase can be sent directly to the recepient with a short personalised message if you desire.

— How is my jewellery purchase packaged?
All jewellery is delivered in an elegant gift box tied with ribbon

Yes we do not share, rent, or sell your personal information.

— Is my credit card information secure?
Our store uses a secure payment gateway, as credit card details are encrypted you are ensured full security of your credit card information. No credit card information is stored on the site so you will have to re-enter it each time you return to purchase.

— Do you ship to my country?
Yes our jewellery is shipped internationally. You are responsible for any customs charges, duties, tariffs or additional costs levied by your country.
